How can I contact customer service?

You can reach us Monday through Friday between 9am - 5pm Pacific at getluv@luvfootwear.com.

 

How do I determine my size?

LUV Footwear is produced in European sizes from 22-42. Use our sizing conversion charts below to help determine your size.  The sizing charts are also visible on each product page in our SHOP section.  Our shoes tend to run a little small, so if you are between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size.  For the patent styles, we recommend going an additional size up.

Do you carry wide sizes?

We do not carry wide sizes, but our Dream Flats often fit people who normally wear wide shoes.  We recommend trying on a pair at a retailer near you to check for fit, or you can always order a pair through our site and return them unworn within 30 days if the fit isn't right for you.  Please see our return policy here.

 

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?

You should receive an order confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order.  If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder and add getluv@luvfootwear.com to your contact list.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

LUVFootwear.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Our orders are shipped via USPS ground, usually within 5 business days for regular orders.  If you placed an order with an EveryMove code, processing times are currently between 2-4 weeks due to high demand.  Thank you for understanding!  

 

Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO address?

All of our orders are shipped exclusively with UPS.  Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Within the continental United States.


What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted for purchases made through www.luvfootwear.com.  Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt in the original packaging, unworn and undamaged.  A completed return/exchange form should be included with your return or exchange.  If you did not receive the form with your shipment, you can print the one below.

For returns, refunds will be processed within 1 business day of receipt.  Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  Please note that refunds are for the complete purchase price, but do not include shipping and handling charges.

For exchanges, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when your new order has been shipped.

We suggest keeping the tracking number for your return/exchange, as LUV Footwear is not liable for any packages lost in transit.
